Our commitment
At Miller BBQ, we take pride in every dish we serve. Our food is prepared fresh and cooked to order. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right. Your satisfaction matters to us — we're a family business and we treat our customers like family.
In-person orders at the trailer
If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order at our trailer, please let our staff know immediately. We will remake your order or provide a replacement at no additional charge. Due to the perishable nature of prepared food, refund requests for in-person orders must be made at the time of purchase while you are still at the trailer location.
Online orders (when available)
For orders placed through our website, the following refund conditions apply:
Incorrect items — if you receive items that differ from what you ordered, contact us within 30 minutes of pickup or delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund for the incorrect items.
Missing items — if your order is missing items, contact us within 30 minutes of pickup or delivery. We will provide the missing items or issue a refund for them.
Quality concerns — if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your food, contact us within 30 minutes of pickup or delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Order cancellation — you may cancel an order before it has been confirmed and preparation has begun. Once your order is being prepared, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately by phone at (726) 225-0478.
Third-party delivery orders
Orders placed through third-party platforms such as Uber Eats are subject to the refund and return policies of those platforms. Miller BBQ does not control the delivery process or condition of food upon delivery through third-party services. For issues with third-party delivery orders, please contact the delivery platform directly.
Refund processing
Approved refunds for online orders will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. Refunds are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
Food allergies and special requests
Miller BBQ prepares food in a shared cooking environment. While we make every effort to accommodate special requests and allergy concerns communicated at the time of ordering, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution. Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions when allergy information was not communicated to our staff at the time of ordering.
