By accessing or using the Miller BBQ website at miller-bbq.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site. Miller BBQ reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page.

Miller BBQ operates under all applicable permits and licenses required by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Bexar County, and the City of San Antonio for mobile food establishments.

Food items are cooked to order and availability depends on stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Online ordering

When online ordering is available through this Site, all orders are subject to acceptance by Miller BBQ. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Miller BBQ does not store your credit card information. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

Third-party ordering

Miller BBQ is also available through third-party delivery platforms such as Uber Eats. Orders placed through third-party platforms are governed by the terms and conditions of those platforms. Prices on third-party platforms may differ from prices listed on this Site due to platform fees and delivery charges set by those services.

Food safety and allergens

Miller BBQ prepares food in a shared cooking environment. Our menu items may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, and nuts. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform our staff before ordering. Miller BBQ complies with the Texas Food Establishment Rules (25 TAC Chapter 228) and all applicable food safety regulations. Items marked with an asterisk (*) on the menu are cooked to order.

Military and first responder discount

Miller BBQ offers a 10% discount to active military, veterans, and first responders. Valid identification may be required at the time of purchase. This discount applies to in-person orders at the trailer and may not be combined with other offers or applied to third-party delivery orders.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Miller BBQ name, "Fulfilling Grandpa's Dreams" tagline, images, and the custom ember and smoke animation — is the property of Miller BBQ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission from Miller BBQ.

Limitation of liability

Miller BBQ provides this Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Miller BBQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or consumption of our food products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Texas law.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
